During her Last Rodeo, Mickie James defended her Impact Knockouts Championship against Gisele Shaw and came out victorious after Deonna Purrazzo prevented Shaw from cheating and dethroning the champion.
Bully Ray and Tommy Dreamer continued to build towards their upcoming Busted Open match, with Santino Marella booking Ray in a match against Bhupinder Gujjar, which Ray won. Mike Bailey also continued his winning streak, defeating Shane Haste in singles action, inching him closer to his dreams of holding both the Impact World Championship and X Division Championship.
During a promo in the ring, Chris Bey and Ace Austin challenged The Motor City Machine Guns to a title match. In contrast, PCO and Trey Miguel’s match ended in a no contest after Eddie Edwards attacked PCO with a shovel, leading to a brawl broken up by security.
Ace Austin and Chris Bey won the Impact World Tag Team Championship match against The Motor City Machine Guns, and Josh Alexander defeated KENTA.
