However, her character’s portrayal by WWE made the audience turn against her again. Recently, Rousey has joined forces with her friend Shayna Baszler on the blue brand, fueling speculation among fans about their plans to pursue the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Baszler, who trained Rousey when she first started in WWE, left Natalya to form an alliance with Rousey that continues to this day. Recently, Rousey took to Twitter and aimed Natalya and the women’s tag team division. She even drew comparisons between The Usos and Damage CTRL.
Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey are anticipated to compete for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship at the highly-anticipated premium live event, WrestleMania 39.
