At the sound of the bell, Uno charged toward Moxley, but the latter quickly turned the tables. Hangman Page watched from backstage as Uno unleashed a big kick and wrapped his vest around Moxley’s throat, biting at his head through his mask. Moxley managed to fight out of the corner, ripping at Uno’s mask but spilling outside the ring.
Taking advantage of the situation, Uno went to the top rope and landed a somersault senton, followed by a barrage of punches that garnered a massive reaction from the crowd. Moxley eventually recovered and sent Uno headfirst into the steel steps, causing him to bleed profusely. Despite taking hard shots, Uno fired back with multiple piledrivers, but Moxley countered with anvil elbows and a rear-naked choke.
As blood poured from Uno’s head, Moxley applied the bulldog choke, causing him to pass out. However, Moxley refused to let go of the hold, leading to John Silver and Alex Reynolds rushing to the ring to make the save. But Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta arrived to fend them off.
Finally, Hangman Page had seen enough and charged towards the ring with barbed wire wrapped around his fist, landing a devastating punch to bust Moxley open. Page attempted a Buckshot Lariat, but Moxley retreated to the ramp, bleeding heavily from his face.
