Despite facing some challenges in WWE, Batista has established himself as one of the greatest Superstars in the company’s history. The Animal achieved great success, becoming a multi-time World Champion and cementing his place as a future WWE Hall of Famer. He is set to headline this year’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
Batista began his WWE journey in 2000 as part of the Ohio Valley System developmental program. For two years, he trained alongside future legends such as John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and Randy Orton.
Although his final match was against Triple H at WrestleMania 35, where he lost to The Game, Batista was supposed to receive a WWE Hall of Fame induction in 2021. However, he had to pull out of the ceremony due to pandemic issues.
According to Wrestling News Premium, Batista will finally be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, as he had hoped. The report states that both sides wanted to wait on his induction until fans could attend the ceremony and hear his speech. We’ll have to wait and see when Batista will officially be announced for the Hall of Fame.
