The road to WrestleMania 39 is now clear for WWE, as there are no more Rumbles, Chambers, or other hindrances to contend with. Although more matches are still planned, three championship matches have already been confirmed. On the February 20th episode of RAW, Rhea Ripley, who emerged victorious in the Royal Rumble, revealed that she is leaving behind Beth Phoenix and joining Dominik Mysterio for an appearance on SmackDown this week.
Rhea Ripley’s primary focus is to take down SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. During a sit-down interview with Dominik Mysterio on Monday night, Ripley shared her strategy for defeating Flair at WrestleMania, the year’s biggest event.
Ahead of their WrestleMania encounter, Rhea Ripley is set to appear on SmackDown this Friday, where she will meet Charlotte Flair face-to-face for the first time in almost two years. Dominik Mysterio has pledged to accompany “Mami” to the event, where he will also watch Rey Mysterio take on Karrion Kross. As WWE continues to promote Ripley vs. Flair and a possible father-son showdown at WrestleMania, this could be the first of many SmackDown visits from the Judgment Day faction, leading to a potential father-son match at WrestleMania 39.
