The latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown featured a highly anticipated fatal-four-way match to determine who would be the next challenger for the Intercontinental Championship. The four competitors, Rey Mysterio, Madcap Moss, Karrion Kross, and Santos Escobar, put on an intense show as they vied for the chance to take on the reigning champion GUNTHER.
GUNTHER, the reigning Intercontinental Champion, and the rest of Imperium monitored the intense match from the sky box. The competitors, Madcap Moss, Karrion Kross, and Santos Escobar, were accompanied to the ring by their individual backup, Emma, Scarlett, and Zelina Vega respectively.
During the match’s final moments, Santos Escobar eliminated Karrion Kross with a brutal collision. Madcap Moss seized the chance to make a move, delivering a high-flying elbow drop from the top rope onto Rey Mysterio and securing the victory.
