Former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Spotted in Uncasville

WWE is headed towards WrestleMania, and anything can happen. It’s a time when all hands are on deck, and we are prepared for any surprises that may arise. With this in mind, it’s possible that another well-known wrestler could make their return tonight.

Ronda Rousey made a highly-anticipated return to WWE at the previous year’s Royal Rumble and quickly established herself as a two-time Smackdown Women’s Champion. However, her reign was cut short as fans quickly lost interest in her character, largely due to WWE’s lackluster development of her persona. After being away for some time, it appears that Rousey will make her comeback during tonight’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown.

In the December 30th episode of Friday Night Smackdown, the self-proclaimed “Baddest Woman on the Planet” suffered a surprising loss to Charlotte Flair and was stripped of her Smackdown Women’s Championship.

Ronda Rousey has previously indicated that she is no longer focused on Charlotte Flair, instead she has her sights set on dominating the tag team division. According to PW Insider, Ronda was seen in Connecticut today, and tonight’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown will take place at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT.
