JBL attempted to mentor Baron Corbin; however, he needed to be more successful. He severed ties with Corbin this week on RAW, leaving the former WWE Champion alone again. This also marked the end of another noteworthy stint for JBL.
As reported by PW Insider, JBL will not return to WWE’s programming in the near future. Currently, there are no plans to utilize him in any creative capacity.
It remains to be seen if there will be any changes for JBL, as he made a significant impact during his time on WWE television. He brought a wealth of experience to his role and added depth to the Baron Corbin character.
With WrestleMania fast approaching, WWE will not rely on JBL for Baron Corbin. Here’s hoping that JBL will not be absent from the WWE Universe for long, as his presence is always a joy to behold.
