AEW is currently one of the world’s most widely discussed professional wrestling organizations. It’s not uncommon to see former WWE stars in the company due to its diverse roster of professional wrestlers from various promotions. Sin Cara was reported to be backstage at the recent AEW Dynamite event.
Cinta De Oro Jr, recognizable to WWE fans as Sin Cara, first appeared on SmackDown in August of 2011. He continued to be a part of the WWE roster until December 2019, when he was let go due to feeling that he wasn’t receiving the recognition he deserved from the company.
Sin Cara’s tenure in WWE was plagued by injuries and several in-ring blunders that severely damaged his image.
Sin Cara took to Twitter to express his gratitude towards AEW for their warm hospitality. She acknowledged Penta El Zero M, Claudio Castagnoli, and Vickie Guerrero as he was spotted backstage at the recent Dynamite event. He posted a message and tagged them in it.
The revered wrestler, Cinta de Oro, passed away in 2016. However, his sons honored his legacy by allowing wrestler Jose Arraiga Rodriguez to use Cinta de Oro’s name and don the iconic mask.
Sin Cara achieved notable accomplishments during his WWE career, including capturing the NXT Tag Team Championship with his partner Kalisto. Despite this, fans were excited to see him backstage at AEW Dynamite.
