WWE divides its roster into brands for network benefit and increased exposure for more talent. The company is preparing for another change.
According to Sean Sapp (via Fightful’s paywall), the Maximum Male Models stable has moved to the RAW brand, following their previous appearance on the blue brand.
Fightful Select has learned that Maxxine Dupri, ma.çé And mån.sôör are all now officially members of the WWE Raw roster. The trio, known as Maximum Male Models, appeared on WWE Raw last week, and looked like they were set to recruit Alpha Academy’s Otis.
An angle is reportedly planned for the latest episode of WWE Raw to confirm the brand switch. It remains to be seen how this will impact the events leading up to WrestleMania.
The Maximum Male Models had been on Smackdown, where they faced off against Legado Del Fantasma on January 20th. Despite a two-month absence from television, the group continued to perform at live events and remained active on social media, promoting their unique gimmick through viral videos.
The brand split is successful, and the annual draft adds excitement for fans. The possibility of Superstars switching brands also brings a refreshing change to the company’s ongoing television storylines.
