Costars and producers are honoring the memory of Annie Wersching, who passed away on Sunday at age 45.

Kiefer Sutherland, who co-starred with Wersching as Jack Bauer in seasons 7 and 8 of “24” on Fox, expressed his sadness on Twitter. He referred to Wersching as “one of the greatest actors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, and my friend.” He also expressed his sympathy for her family, saying, “My heart breaks for her young family. May she be remembered for the beautiful person that she was.”

Wersching portrayed Julia Brasher in Amazon’s “Bosch” alongside Titus Welliver as Harry Bosch. Welliver mourned her loss with a tweet, saying, “There are no words. Love you Annie.”

Executive producer Eric Kripke expressed his sorrow over the “heartbreaking” news of Wersching’s passing, calling her “kind, brilliant, full of life.” He also revealed that he cast her in every show he made and expressed regret for not being able to work with her one more time. “I’ll always regret not working with her one more time. Love to her family,” he tweeted. Lead actress Abigail Spencer of “Timeless” also paid tribute, saying, “We love you #AnnieWersching. You will be deeply missed.”

“The Rookie” showrunner Alexi Hawley shared his condolences on Twitter, including a link to a GoFundMe set up for Wersching’s children. As a recurring actress as Rosalind Dyer on the show, Hawley referred to her as “part of The Rookie family.” He added that she was a “special person and true talent who brought joy to our set and elevated every scene she was in.”

Jeffrey Pierce, who co-starred with Wersching on “Bosch” and voiced characters in the video game “The Last of Us” (where Wersching played Tess), tweeted his shock at the news. He referred to Wersching as “The real deal” and “The OG Tess.” He expressed sadness for those she left behind, saying, “Heartbreaking for those she left behind.”

Neil Druckmann, co-president of the company behind the “Last of Us” video game, expressed his grief over Wersching’s death. He wrote “We just lost a beautiful artist and human being.” and expressed his sorrow, saying, “My heart is shattered.” He also expressed his support for her loved ones, saying, “Thoughts are with her loved ones.”
